Dead Horse Ranch state park
I’d never been to Dead Horse Ranch state park (Cottonwood AZ) before, so we went yesterday – mostly to get out of the house. Not many people there (expect in the lagoon area, where people where fishing in small groups). Lots of wildlife and quiet. The weather was amazing (especially after the long winter we’ve had up north). There was a blue heron that I only caught the backside of – he was huge. I wish I could have gotten a picture off before he fled.
